Strength & Conditioning for Runners at The Running & Movement Studio since Jan 2019 (and online since March 2020!)

Mondays 12:30-1:30pm on Zoom

In the downdogdays gym, outside or online

1 session £35

5 sessions £165

10 sessions £300

Sessions are 60 minutes long. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.  If your session is cancelled within 24 hours by me, a complimentary session will be offered.
